On Jan. 16st, 2006, Tianyang held the conference for year-end of 2005 summing up of work and commending outstanding employees. Mr. Li, the chairman of Shanghai Tianyang Hotmelt Adhesives Co., Ltd, gave an important report at the meeting. He said that the company has achieved the goal of over 50% increase in 2005 meanwhile completed the projects of enlarging and technological transformation, which build the basis for a next 50% increase in 2006. In the conference an aim of 2006 is set that the production of CO-PES is to be over 3500 tons and 1500 tons of CO-PA is to be produced and make Tianyang a most important international manufacturer on hot melt adhesives field for interlinings. Also, the company will tighten R&D of hot melt adhesives which are used in other industries except interlinings and a proportional output is expected in 2007.

Five people who undertake research or production won the prizes for their outstanding contribution to the company. They set examples for the other employees to establish Tianyang an international competitive firm of hot melt adhesives.
