After nearly a year of tackling key problem, Tiantang R&D centre succeeded in developing JCC6200, a top grade pioneer product of co-polyamide with major raw materials of long carbon chain polymers (nylon 12), which is put onto the market on a near day. JCC6200 are used for top grade fusible interlining with technics of paste dot, double dot, etc.

This product has excellent wash resistance with strong peel strength; meanwhile, it takes on good steam resistance. During a test of wash resistance, JCC6200 was maintaining strong peel strength all the time under the condition of 60℃ washing.
Many consumers had good comments for the excellent quality of JCC6200 after moths of trial. Comparing with similar products from abroad, JCC6200 is never in the shade on varieties of index of peel strength, wash resistance, etc.
