| On 30th, April, 2006, Tiayng
Hotmelt Adhesives Co., Ltd had a meeting to celebrate the
company's 13th anniversary. The general manager, Mr. Zhelong
Li made an important speech. Everyone must work hard with
his (or her) diligence and wisdom to bear the responsibilities
not only for the company, but for himself and his (or her)
families. What Tianyang’s liability is to provide high quality
products for clients all over the world and create brand of
nationalities in China, said Mr. Li. Li has a dream that Made
in China is not simply considered synonymous with low price
for the world. He wishes the meaning of the words is some
quality assurance when people say Made in China some day.
In the speech Mr. Li made a significant guidance for the company’s
task ahead.
Firstly, to push standard. Currently, the good and bad are
intermingled in hot melt adhesives industry and consumers
have always their interests infringed upon because of the
confused and rudderless markets and lack of trade standard.
The mission of JCC is to establish a most important hot melt
adhesives enterprise in the world and to set a standard in
this filed.
Secondly, to establish datamation. In the final analysis,
the core of datamation construction is to manufacture high
quality products all the time. For this reason, the company
has to proceed with data management and install database to
trace and control each detail during production to guarantee
the consistent products for clients.
Thirdly, to be in the global running with high quality products
centering. Even JCC have remained ahead of her competitors
in China business, the company still firmly attach primary
importance to the improvement of customers’ products. Productive
enterprises are now entering meager profit time. It is Mr.
Li’s opinion that only the high quality hot melt adhesives
could make best interlinings and the competition core is to
improve products quality. JCC’s policy is to help her clients
improve their products with best adhesives.
Finally, several employees were rewarded for their outstanding
contribution to the company. The company financed housing
to give a favorable working circumstance to the employees
who have great contributed to the company and could afford
to their positions and are willing to stand or fall with the
company. This oriented clearly Tianyang’s determination to
establish corporate culture centering on collaborative development
with employees.
